I was born and raised in Peterborough Ontario, & know this area like no other. I have had the opportunity to live in each end of Peterborough as well on the outskirts in just about every direction. I currently reside just a few minutes on the outskirts of Peterborough with my husband, daughter and our 3 Boston Terriers. Before real estate, I opened a cleaning company which grew to be an award-winning company that has since evolved into commercial contracts my husband now oversees as I focus on real estate 100%.

I have always been a go-getter. I know what it takes to achieve - hard work. I work as a full-time Realtor as I believe this business needs your full attention.

In only my first year of real estate, I was able to reach an amazing goal, that many told me was almost impossible. I achieved a Century 21 Canada-wide Centurion Award. This award is awarded to those who meet major sales criteria. Again in my second year, I achieved this same goal as well as being able to achieve an award of being on of the top Realtors under 35 in all of Canada. I then went on to receive a DOUBLE centurion Century 21 Canada Wide award and in 2018 ranked #33 in ALL of Canada of approx. 10,000 Century 21 agents.

I have kept it up and I am continuously within the monthly “Top 21” Century 21 producers in my office and ranked #1 out of over 100 agents in my office for 2019 and 2020. I have a great social media presence, with thousands of followers; including many other local Realtors & Realtors from all over the country that I collaborate with. I am also a member of many national and local real estate groups. I surround myself with top producers in the industry who are all like-minded with the same goals. To do the best for our clients. I have my client's best interests at heart and always treat every transaction with care, ethically, and honestly.

Lindsay has called Peterborough home, for 30+ years, and has extensive knowledge of the area, and it's market.

She, her husband Jon, and son Nolan, reside in Selwyn, in their ranch style dream house, which they poured their heart into renovating themselves.

Prior to becoming a realtor, Lindsay dedicated herself to a career in the trades. She studied Carpentry at Fleming College, and worked in the field for 7 years.Her knowledge of, and experience gained, in the areas of construction, and renovations, serves her well in real estate.

Ashley Staudt was raised in Peterborough and then moved to Mississauga to be a Customs Analyst for CN Rail. After almost 10 years with CN Rails customs department, she and her husband moved back to their home town to raise their family.

She has been working as a Client Care Specialist with Jessica for 2 years now. She looks forward to growing as a team. Employers, as well as clients of the company, will find she is friendly and outgoing. She works well with people one-on-one and in group situations. She adapts well to all situations in a calm and professional manner. She has many computer skills and is a very organized person.
